Description

The TIMKEN 10L36253 is a commercial vehicle leather seal designed for heavy-duty applications. It features an oversized, double-walled metal outer diameter to prevent spinning or walking out of the bore hub. The heavy-duty construction of the outer wall aids in effective heat transfer away from the sealing lip.

This seal includes a severe service sleeve that provides a new running surface for worn or damaged axle spindles and protects the spindle during hub removal. Its polymer-impregnated leather lip is capable of absorbing grit and offers protection across a broad temperature range of -65F to 170F (-55C to 77C). The TIMKEN 10L36253 outperforms nitrile seals in cold, contaminated environments and is compatible with all natural and synthetic oils and greases.
