Description

The COMP Cams CL01-600-8 is a "Thumpr" series hydraulic roller camshaft and lifter kit (CL-Kit) designed for Chevrolet Big Block GEN VI 454 and 502 c.i. 8-Cylinder engines (1996-1999). This street/performance cam creates a choppy/thumping idle and is best suited for applications with a 2000+ stall converter and gears. It requires valve train upgrades, including COMP Cams Valve Springs and roller rockers.
