The COMP Cams CL08-460-8 is a complete component-matched valve train kit engineered for unbeatable performance, durability, and ease of installation. It's designed for street/strip use, producing a very rough idle. This kit is thoroughly tested and manufactured to strict standards, with components specifically chosen to be the best performance match for the camshaft, creating a "Power Engineered System." Kit Includes: Camshaft (08-460-8), Lifters (Set 850-16), Assembly Lube, Decals, Instructions. Installation Requirements/Recommendations: Requires a good intake, headers, and 4.10 rear end gears. A 10.0:1 or higher compression ratio is highly recommended. A 3200+ stall speed torque converter is highly recommended. Must use a bronze tip fuel pump pushrod when using a high-pressure or high-volume pump. Stock (O.E.) valve springs can NOT be used.
