Description

The COMP Cams CL12-674-4 Xtreme Energy Solid Camshaft Kit is designed for Chevrolet Small Block engines (262-400 c.i. 8 Cylinder, 1958-1998). This solid flat tappet camshaft provides strong torque through the low and mid-range, with a good idle, and features quicker valve opening for increased responsiveness and more area under the lift curve. It is engineered to increase performance without sacrificing driveability and maintains adequate vacuum for power brakes. Best performance is achieved with aftermarket intake manifolds, lower gear ratios, headers, and free-flowing exhaust.
