This is a hydraulic flat tappet camshaft for Buick 400, 430, and 455 c.i. 8 CYL engines from 1967-1976. It is a "Thumpr" series cam, designed for high-performance street applications, working well with stock converters but performing best with 2000+ RPM converters and upgraded gears, and producing a choppy/thumping idle.
