Description

The COMP Cams 18-119-4 is an Xtreme Energy Hydraulic Flat Cam designed for Chevrolet 262/4.3L V6 engines (1980-1997). This camshaft offers good power for trucks, 4WD, and mild towing, working well with stock computers while providing a smooth idle and good economy. It features a lift of 0.425"/0.425" and a duration of 252/252, with an RPM range of 800-4800. It requires new valve springs.
