The COMP Cams 24-600-5 Thumpr Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft is designed for high-performance street applications, offering increased performance and a distinctive choppy/thumping idle. This camshaft controls the duration that intake and exhaust valves are open, resulting in improved engine performance. It is compatible with Chrysler 426 Hemi 8 Cylinder engines from 1966-1971, including models like the Dodge Charger, Challenger, Coronet, and Plymouth Barracuda, Belvedere, Satellite, Road Runner, and GTX.
