Description

This COMP Cams Nostalgia Plus Camshaft (Part Number: 31-670-4) is a hydraulic flat tappet camshaft designed for Ford 289-302ci engines manufactured between 1963 and 1995. It offers the sound and performance characteristic of the Ford 271HP 289 cam with hydraulic lifters, providing increased performance. The camshaft features an advertised duration of 266° intake and 273° exhaust, with a duration at 0.050 inch lift of 219° intake and 226° exhaust. It has a lobe separation angle of 112° and an RPM range of 2200-6400. The valve lift with factory rocker arm ratio is 0.480" intake and 0.475" exhaust. This camshaft is suitable for street/performance applications and requires new valve springs.
