The COMP Cams 49-410-8 is a High Energy 200/210 Hydraulic Roller Cam for Ford 4.0L 6 Cylinder engines (1990-2001). It is a good upgrade for factory cams in Explorers and Rangers, providing good torque and mileage, making it great for towing. The camshaft is made from Austempered Ductile Iron and uses hydraulic roller lifters. Compatible with 4.0L OHV V6 engines in 2000 Ford Explorer and Ranger.
