The COMP Cams SK11-423-8 is an Xtreme Energy 230/236 Hydraulic Roller Cam SK Kit designed for Chevrolet Big Block 396-454 c.i. 8 Cylinder engines (1967-1996). This kit is ideal for street and performance applications, offering an RPM operating range of 2,200-5,800. It is not compatible with 1965-66 396 c.i.d. models that have an oiling groove in the rear journal. The camshaft features an advertised intake duration of 282 and exhaust duration of 288, with .050 inch lift durations of 230 (intake) and 236 (exhaust).
