The COMP Cams Xtreme Energy 236/242 Hydraulic Roller Cam is designed for Chevrolet Big Block engines (396-454 cubic inches, 8 cylinders) manufactured between 1967 and 1996. It will not fit 1965-1966 396 c.i.d. models that have an oiling groove in the rear journal. Suitable for Street/Performance and Street/Strip applications.
