Description

The COMP Cams K08-503-8 Xtreme Energy Computer Controlled 224/230 Hydraulic Roller Camshaft Kit is designed for Chevrolet 305-350 cubic inch (c.i.) 8 Cylinder Small Block engines that were originally equipped with hydraulic roller lifters from the factory (OE Roller) within the model years 1987-1998. This kit requires modified Tuned Port Injection (TPI) with appropriate injectors, plenum, runners, exhaust, and a 2000+ stall speed torque converter. Custom tuning is mandatory for optimal performance. The cam features .503" intake/.510" exhaust valve lift, 224°/230° duration at .050", and a 112° Lobe Separation Angle (LSA). This camshaft is intended for street/performance applications.
