The COMP Cams Xtreme Energy 256H Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft Small Kit (SK31-234-3) is designed for Ford 221-302 C.I. 8-cylinder engines from 1963-1995. This kit features an advertised duration of 256° intake / 268° exhaust and a valve lift of 0.477" intake / 0.484" exhaust, providing strong low-end and mid-range torque with a good idle. The basic operating RPM range is 1,000-5,200.
