Description

The COMP Cams 834-1 is a High Energy hydraulic lifter designed for Ford and Mercury engines. It features a patented, constant orifice-metering valve for precise oil delivery to the rocker arms. This lifter is constructed from a special powdered metal iron alloy, heat-treated for strength and wear resistance, with a through-hardened steel piston for increased bearing surface and longevity. Its lightweight check valve disk allows for quicker response and increased engine speed before valve float.
