Description

The COMP Cams 1730-16 is a set of 10° lightweight tool steel retainers designed for valve springs with a 1.437"-1.500" diameter. These retainers are approximately 33% lighter than conventional chromemoly steel retainers and offer exceptional strength and wear characteristics.

Developed using FEA and CAD software, these retainers are CNC-machined for consistent quality and Spintron-tested to extreme RPM. They fit all valve stem sizes and are suitable for demanding race applications.
