COMP FITTING 1/4' PLUG

The Velvac 016115 is a composite plug fitting designed for air brake systems. It is intended for use with SAE J844 nylon tubing and meets DOT 49 CFR 571.106 compliance. This fitting operates effectively within a temperature range of -45° F to +140° F and can handle a maximum operating pressure of 145 psi.

The fitting features an engineered tube retention system and seal design for superior holding and side load retention. It also includes a positive release bushing that allows for easy insertion and removal of tubing. High-strength composite construction offers weight savings compared to brass fittings and is utilized by many OE vehicle manufacturers.
