CompC 15 (38cm) Subwoofer Dual Voice Coil 4-Ohm

The Kicker 44CWCD144, 15 inch, CompC subwoofer with dual 4 ohm voice coils handles 600 watts RMS and is the pefect option for an entry-level, affordable, 15-inch subwoofer. The CompC subwofers cost virtually the same as the Comp, but the CompC subwoofers handle more power, have the option for single or dual 4 ohm voice coils, and the woofer cone provides better sounding bass. The 15" CompC subwoofer offers several installation options. You can install it in a sealed enclosure or a ported enclosure. The dual voice coils on the 44CWCD154 allow you to run a single woofer to a 2 ohm load or you can run two subwoofers to a 1 ohm load. Be sure to double check your amplifier's power ratings to ensure that the amp is either 2 or 1 ohm stable.
