Description

Eagle ESP H-Beam rods are made from 4340 steel, designed for severe abuse, and rated at 700+ HP. They feature new ARP 1.5 2000 series bolts (3/8 bolt with 7/16 head), honed small end bushings for free-floating pins, and a two-piece forging process. Each rod is X-rayed, sonic-tested, and magna-fluxed. The manufacturing ensures superior fatigue life by forcing the grain into the rod's shape and forging the cap separately for perpendicular grain alignment to load forces. High nickel and chrome content enhance strength and fatigue life.
