Description

The Z Car Depot 800-161 is a Competition Clutch brand lightweight steel flywheel, designed to enhance the performance of Datsun 240Z, 260Z, 280Z, 280ZX, and Turbo models manufactured between 1970 and 1983. It features a one-piece ring gear for increased longevity and a dual bolt pattern, making it compatible with both 2-seater and 2+2 clutch configurations. The flywheel weighs 12 lbs, offering a significant reduction from stock weight to improve engine responsiveness. It is stamped with a 4140 plate, processed under 2000 tons of pressure at 1260 degrees Fahrenheit, and CNC machined and balanced to Original Equipment (O.E.) specifications. This flywheel is suitable for all clutch kit applications and includes new dowels for pressure plate locating. It also fits L20B 4-cylinder engines. This lightweight flywheel is designed to be a direct fit for the specified Datsun models and is compatible with L20B 4-cylinder engines.
