Competition Cold Air Intake

Introducing the Burger Motorsports Competition Cold Air Intake, engineered for the G chassis B46/B48 powered BMW 220i/230i, 320i/330i, and 420i/430i models, including Gran Coupe and xDrive variants. This intake system was developed over a year of street and track testing to deliver enhanced performance and an intoxicating sound, while maintaining an OEM+ aesthetic. It replaces the factory rubber accordion hose and resonator with a smooth pipe for less turbulent airflow directly to the turbo. The filter includes a built-in velocity stack, commonly found in racing applications, to further improve air induction. The airbox is designed with a clear window for easy filter inspection and utilizes the OEM cold air ducting, along with a large inlet on the cold side of the airbox to maximize air intake and enhance the exhaust note. This intake system is designed to add 12+ horsepower and increase airflow by 50% over stock, while also improving throttle response and delivering a dramatic sound improvement. The filter is a renewable, inverted cone performance filter, available in oiled (red or blue) or dry configurations. This intake is also designed to work with upgraded B48 BMW Aluminum Short Turbo Inlet upgrades and BMS Billet Strut Braces. Vehicle fitment includes: BMW 2 Series (2022-2024 G42 G43 B46/B48 220i, 230i, including Gran Coupe and xDrive; 218i models require an engine photo for confirmation), BMW 3 Series (2019-2024 G20 G21 G28 B46/B48 330i, 330e, 320i, including Gran Coupe, xDrive, and 330e xDrive), and BMW 4 Series (2021-2024 G22 G23 G26 B46/B48 420i, 430i, including Gran Coupe and xDrive).
