The Wagner Tuning Competition EVO2 Intercooler Kit is engineered for the Audi RS4 B5, specifically for enthusiasts with highly tuned vehicles. This kit utilizes a new competition core featuring the latest Tube-Fin-Technology. The core dimensions are 255 mm x 260 mm x 120 mm, providing a substantial 7.95 liters of volume. This represents a significant upgrade over the stock intercooler, offering a 43% larger frontal surface and a 147% increase in core volume for enhanced cooling efficiency. The endtanks are constructed from cast aluminum and have undergone CAD design and CFD optimization to ensure ideal internal airflow. This design minimizes back pressure while maximizing cooling performance, making it suitable for racing applications. The intercooler is protected by an anti-corrosion powder coating with excellent heat-conducting properties, ensuring durability and consistent cooling performance against environmental factors. Wagner Tuning generally recommends installation by a specialist workshop. The inlet diameter of the intercooler is 65 mm (2.56 inches).
