Competition EVO3 Intercooler Kit 62mm/67mm Inlet/Outlet

The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit is engineered to significantly enhance cooling performance for compatible Audi S4 B9 and S5 F5 models. This kit features a high-performance intercooler core with dimensions of 550mm x 445mm x 70mm, providing a substantial 134% increase in frontal area and a 105% increase in volume over the stock unit. Constructed with Wagner Tuning's award-winning Tube Fin intercooler cores, which incorporate inside turbulators, and CFD-optimized cast aluminum endtanks, this intercooler ensures superior internal airflow and reduced bottlenecks. The inlet connection is Ø62mm and the outlet is Ø67mm. The kit is optionally available with a complete charge air piping system, including one aluminum charge pipe and three reinforced silicone hoses. The result of this upgrade is excellent cooling properties with significantly less pressure drop compared to the stock intercooler. Despite its larger size, the complete intercooler weighs only 9.5kg. This kit is presented as an ideal choice for performance gains, maintaining low intake temperatures, and for racing applications.
