The kit includes everything needed for installation and is compatible with both OEM and aftermarket charge pipes, utilizing tabs for factory fan shroud retention. Its intercooler core is 87% larger than the OEM unit, featuring a proprietary VRSF HD bar & plate construction and CFD optimized cast end tanks. Each intercooler is pressure tested and finished with a thermal dispersant coating for durability and leak-free performance. The installation is designed to be quick and easy, typically taking less than 1.5 hours. This intercooler is designed for use with 2012-2018 BMW F20/F22/F30/F31/F32/F36 models equipped with N20 or N55 engines, including variants like the 228i, M235i, 328i, 335i, 428i, 435i, and the F87 M2.
