Competition Intercooler Kit

The Wagner Tuning EVO2 Competition Intercooler Kit is a direct replacement for the 2015 Ford Mustang, designed to significantly enhance charge cooling performance. This kit boasts an intercooler core with a 175% larger cooling surface and 226% more volume than the OEM unit, measuring 535mm x 392mm x 95mm (19.9L). It features integrated air guides within the inlet for uniform filling and a carbon fiber air shroud to ensure optimal airflow to the core. The connection diameter on both sides has been increased to Ø70mm (2.756 inches) for improved flow capacity, delivering excellent cooling with minimal pressure drop. This intercooler kit is ready for installation as a 1:1 exchange, designed for ease of fitment. The performance benefits include reduced fuel consumption and increased engine power and efficiency, making it suitable for racing applications. Despite its increased size, the complete intercooler weighs only 14.7 kg. All Wagner Tuning products undergo rigorous quality control to ensure reliability and performance. This kit is specifically designed for Ford Mustang RWD models from 2015-2023, including the 2.3L EcoBoost engine. It is not compatible with Shelby GT350R trims.
