Competition Intercooler Kit

The Wagner Tuning Competition Front Water Cooler Kit is an essential upgrade for thermal stabilization in BMW M2 (G87), M3 (G80/G81), and M4 (G82) models equipped with the 3.0L R6 biturbo S58 engine. This competition racing core significantly increases the cooling volume by 60%, expanding from the OEM 9.16 liters to 14.67 liters. This is achieved by increasing the installation depth from 30 mm to 48 mm, while the cooling surface area remains the same at 3055 cm². This design ensures maximum heat transfer and also allows sufficient airflow for adjacent components like the engine water cooler. The cooler is coated with a heat-conducting, anti-corrosion layer for long-term effectiveness and system protection. The kit is compatible with the following S58 engine models: BMW G87 M2 (460 hp, from 2023+), BMW G80/G81 M3 (Base/Competition/Touring, 480-510 hp, from 2021+), and BMW G82 M4 (Base/Competition/CSL, 480-550 hp, from 2021+). This radiator kit comes with parts certification for safety and straightforward registration.
