Competition Intercooler Kit

The Wagner Tuning Competition Intercooler Kit (Gen.2) is a direct performance redesign of the original Audi OEM intercooler, specifically engineered for the 4B RS6+ (US-Model). This kit addresses OEM bottlenecks by increasing intercooler core size and efficiency, thereby improving flow rating and charge cooling properties. It utilizes the latest tube fin technology for the core, paired with cast aluminum and CNC-machined end tanks for reliable, high-performance air-to-air charge cooling with an OEM+ fit and finish for straightforward installation. The WAGNERTUNING Audi RS6 C5 Intercooler Kit boasts a high-performance intercooler core measuring 255mm x 230mm x 105mm, offering a substantial air volume of 6158cm³ compared to the OEM's 3331cm³. This results in a 39% increase in intercooler face area and a 98% larger airflow capacity. The kit incorporates CAD/FEM optimized cast aluminum end tanks and lightweight carbon composite intercooling ducts. Included components consist of two intercoolers (right and left side), two Carbonfibre Air Intake Shrouds, two high-flow air intake grilles, a 6-piece silicon hose kit with clamps, and four special brackets for the secondary water cooler. The design also features a new bumper intake grille for high airflow, utilizing the OEM fog light mounting locations. This intercooler kit is designed to fit the Audi RS6 C5 (2003-2004) with the 4.2T engine.
