Competition Radiator

The CSF Performance D440, developed in collaboration with FIGS Engineering, is a competition-grade radiator engineered for the Lexus RC F and IS500. This upgrade to the OE setup boasts a 2-row, 42mm high-performance core utilizing CSF's exclusive B-tube technology. This radiator maintains the standard transmission coupling cooler/preheater, offering a substantial advantage over secondary transmission coolers by keeping the primary system cooler tied to the main radiator. While a separate trans cooler can still be used, this integrated design lessens the required core size for it, leading to more responsive operating temperature recovery and reduced heat soak. The endtanks are constructed from satin-finish aluminum, and the entire unit is 100% TIG welded and pressure tested to 35 Psig. It includes all necessary connections and mounts for the AC condenser and the OE fan shroud. The radiator is also equipped with a hex-style drain plug and a screw-in vent plug for convenient maintenance. This direct-fit design ensures seamless integration with the specified Lexus models. This competition radiator is specifically designed for the 1st Gen Lexus RC F (2015-2025) and the 3rd Gen Lexus IS500 (2022-2025), both equipped with the 5.0L V8 engine. It is built to replace Lexus OEM part numbers 1640038271, 1640038270, and their variations.
