Competition Series Cat-Back Exhaust

The Stillen Competition Series cat-back exhaust is an engineered performance upgrade designed specifically for the 2023-2026 Nissan Z. Developed to address the tone-suppression inherent in the VR30 twin-turbo V6, this system utilizes a straight-pipe configuration without mufflers to deliver an aggressive, authoritative exhaust growl while optimizing overall exhaust flow. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, the system features 2.5-inch mandrel-bent tubing and precision TIG-welded flanges for longevity and corrosion resistance. A CNC-machined X-pipe serves as the centerpiece of the design, effectively merging the left and right engine banks to maintain performance without the flow restrictions often found in smaller mid-pipe setups. The system is further stabilized by a Stillen-branded reinforced cross-brace that provides additional chassis support. This cat-back system is engineered and manufactured in the USA and includes a limited lifetime warranty.
