Competition Series Catless Downpipe

The Evolution Racewerks Competition Series Catless Downpipe is engineered to enhance performance for the twin turbo S63TU engine found in select BMW M5 and M6 models from 2011-2016. Constructed from 100% 304-grade stainless steel with mandrel-bent 3" piping, this downpipe aims to significantly increase horsepower and torque by removing restrictive factory catalytic converters. It features 100% TIG welding, a precision CNC machined V-Band flange that duplicates the factory turbocharger housing connection, and retains the factory donut style gasket for a seamless, 100% bolt-on installation. The O2 sensor is positioned at its factory location. Available finishes include brushed or polished, with an optional high-temperature black ceramic thermal coating to reduce underhood temperatures and enhance corrosion resistance. This product is intended for off-road competition use only and is not legal for sale, installation, or use on pollution-controlled vehicles on public roads or highways. It is explicitly not for sale or use on licensed vehicles in the state of California. A Vehicle Compliance Waiver is required in addition to vehicle use verification.
