Competition Series Catless Downpipes

The Evolution Racewerks Competition Series Catless Downpipes are engineered to enhance performance for the twin-turbo S63M engine, specifically fitting the 2018-23 BMW M5 (F90) and 2018-23 M8 (F92/F93) models. These downpipes replace both the primary and secondary catalytic converters, which are significant sources of exhaust restriction, thereby unleashing greater horsepower and torque. The design aims to improve throttle response and decrease turbo spool times, providing a more immediate and powerful driving experience. Constructed from 100% 304-grade stainless steel, these downpipes feature mandrel-bent 3" piping for smooth exhaust flow transitions. The construction is entirely TIG welded for superior quality and durability, and the turbocharger V-Band flange is precision CNC machined from billet stainless steel to match the factory turbocharger turbine housing. The O2 sensor is positioned at the factory location, and the downpipes retain the factory slip-on style connection, ensuring compatibility with both factory and aftermarket exhaust systems. They are manufactured in the USA and include all necessary hardware for a complete bolt-on installation. An optional ceramic thermal coating is available to reduce underhood temperatures and further improve exhaust flow velocity. This product is intended for OFF ROAD COMPETITION USE ONLY and is not legal for use on pollution-controlled vehicles on public roads or highways.
