Competition Series Catless Secondary Downpipe

The Evolution Racewerks Competition Series Catless Secondary Downpipe is engineered to enhance performance for 2024+ BMW X5M, X6M, XM, and X7 M60i models equipped with the S68M twin-turbo engine. By removing the restrictive factory secondary catalytic converters, this downpipe aims to significantly boost horsepower and torque, leading to improved throttle response and faster turbo spool. Constructed from premium 100% 304-grade stainless steel, the downpipe features 3-inch mandrel-bent piping for smooth exhaust flow transitions and is TIG welded for superior durability and quality. The V-band flange is precision CNC-machined from billet 304 stainless steel to perfectly match the factory turbocharger housing. It is designed as a 100% bolt-on replacement for the secondary section of the exhaust, retaining the factory donut flange and O2 sensor location. Options for finish include brushed, polished, or a high-temperature black thermal coating to help reduce underhood temperatures and maintain exhaust gas velocity.
