Competition Series Oil Pan Kit

The IAG EJ Competition Series Oil Pan Package is engineered for Subaru WRX (2002-2014), STI (2004-2021), Legacy GT (2005-2009), and Forester XT (2004-2013) models. This comprehensive kit includes a cast aluminum oil pan with integrated cooling fins and a 1/8" NPT port for sensors, a competition series oil baffle designed to prevent oil starvation during high G-force maneuvers using Viton flapper valves, a stainless steel windage tray to direct oil downwards and reduce crankcase aeration, and an IAG V2 oil pickup. The V2 oil pickup is constructed from heavy-gauge steel, twice the thickness of OEM, with a 3/8" stainless steel flange and a two-point mounting bracket to prevent the common cracking failures associated with factory units. The oil pan itself is designed with fitment for a wider variety of popular headers in mind. The included oil drain plug is positioned at the lowest point of the pan for complete drainage and uses an OEM-style crush washer. The competition series oil baffle, while recommended for track use, is also suitable for street applications and works in conjunction with the windage tray's louvers to ensure a consistent supply of oil to the pickup. The oil pickup replacement is critical, as OEM units are known to crack and cause catastrophic engine failure due to loss of oil pressure. IAG's robust construction and dual mounting points mitigate this risk.
