The Vance & Hines Competition Series slip-on muffler is engineered to complement the aggressive styling of the Harley-Davidson Street 500 and Street 750 motorcycles. Its angular design captures the minimalist and raw aesthetic of these models, making it a direct visual upgrade. The construction utilizes lightweight stainless steel, coated in high-temperature ceramic for durability and finished with a laser-etched Vance & Hines logo. The muffler is completed with a precision-machined billet end cap in a matte chrome finish. Internally, the Competition Series slip-on features a fiberglass-wrapped baffle that produces an aggressive, deep tone, aiming to give the Street models the robust sound of a larger Big Twin engine. For further customization, a removable insert is included, allowing the rider to tune the sound level to their specific preference. This slip-on design ensures a straightforward fit to the OEM head pipes.
