The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2147A-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed for specific vehicle applications. During the remanufacturing process, each axle assembly undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. Gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, with backlash set precisely for proper lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are also inspected to ensure they meet OEM standards for straightness. Zumbrota employs an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure on internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process.
