The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA434-101B is a remanufactured complete axle assembly specifically built for the Dana 30 axle in 1996-1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee models. This axle assembly boasts a 3.55 gear ratio and a 7.12-inch ring gear, ensuring optimal performance for your vehicle. It is equipped with a CV-type pinion yoke and U-joint style axle joints for reliable power transfer. Zumbrota Drivetrain emphasizes precision and longevity in their remanufacturing process, including 100% inspection of all internal components like ring & pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers. All bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new parts. The assembly undergoes a proprietary cleaning process using hydro-blasting and sandblasting, followed by a deep cleaning treatment to restore the housing to OEM standards. Gears are meticulously inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and set to correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements for quiet operation and durability. Axle tubes are also inspected and straightened to meet OEM specifications. This remanufactured axle assembly comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
