The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2209C-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed to meet the highest quality standards for precision and reliability. This assembly is built for Ford 9.75-inch ring gear differentials and features a 3.73 gear ratio with a Posi-Traction limited-slip differential, suitable for models with disc brakes. Each axle assembly undergoes rigorous inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. Internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are fully inspected and tested. Zumbrota Drivetrain replaces all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. Gears are meticulously inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and set to precise rolling torque using inch-pound measurements for enhanced setup and longevity. Correct gear backlash is also set to ensure proper lubrication and quiet operation.
