This full-floating axle assembly undergoes extensive quality control, including 100% inspection of all internal parts like ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers. To ensure longevity and optimal performance, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The housing cleaning process utilizes state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing to restore an OEM finish, and all tubes are inspected for straightness. It has a fluid capacity of 5.7 quarts, though fluid is not included. The internal parts are 100% inspected, and all bearings and seals are replaced.
