The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1966B is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed for Dana 60 rear axles, specifically for Ford E251 applications from 1997-2000. This assembly features a 4.09 gear ratio and is configured for rear drum brakes, with semi-float axles and without Posi Traction. Each axle assembly is meticulously rebuilt and undergoes rigorous inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. Zumbrota Drivetrain replaces all bearings and seals, and thoroughly inspects and tests all internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. Gears are set for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements to ensure precise setup, longevity, and quiet operation. The axle tubes are inspected and straightened to OEM specifications.
