The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-204C is a remanufactured complete axle assembly, built to exacting standards for Dana 80 differentials. This unit features a 4.30 ratio with an 11.25-inch ring gear, designed for the specific demands of Dual Rear Wheel (DRW) and Cab Chassis configurations. This axle assembly is intended for 2008-2010 Ford F350 models and is configured without Posi Traction. It is important to note that this assembly does not include essential components such as hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts, which must be sourced separately. The remanufacturing process includes a thorough inspection of all housing tubes and housings for surface wear and cracks, with 100% inspection of all internal parts. Bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are all replaced, and the assembly is precisely set up with correct rolling torque for longevity.
