Complete Axle Assembly w/ Electric Locker

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-211C is a remanufactured complete axle assembly designed for 2012-2014 Ford F-150 models equipped with the 9.75-inch ring gear. This assembly features a 3.15 gear ratio and a 6-lug axle configuration, incorporating an electric locking differential for enhanced traction. Built to exacting quality standards, each Zumbrota axle assembly undergoes rigorous inspection. This includes verifying housing straightness, checking for cracks and surface wear, and a comprehensive assessment of all internal components such as ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers. All bearings and seals are replaced as part of the remanufacturing process. The gears are meticulously set for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, ensuring precise setup, longevity, and quiet operation with proper backlash.
