The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-263-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly, engineered for durability and performance. It is built to the highest quality standards, ensuring precision and reliability for demanding applications. Each axle assembly undergoes a rigorous inspection process. This includes thorough checks for straightness, cracks, and surface wear on axle tubes and housings. All internal components, such as ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are inspected and tested. To guarantee longevity and optimal performance, all bearings and seals are replaced, and gears are meticulously inspected for proper tooth contact patterns and rolling torque, with correct backlash set for lubrication and quiet operation. Zumbrota employs an exclusive cleaning process that begins with hydro-blast rinsing and sandblasting of internal and external parts, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning. This extensive remanufacturing procedure ensures that each unit meets or exceeds OEM specifications. This specific assembly is designed for GM 14 Bolt Truck and 10-13 GM Van 3500 models, featuring a 3.54 ratio, single rear wheels (SRW), and a cutaway cab configuration.
