The EBC Brakes SRK66 SRK Complete Clutch Kit is engineered for riders seeking enhanced performance for both street and road racing. This comprehensive kit includes Aramid fiber-lined friction plates, which offer superior engagement and durability. Complementing these are pin planished steel driven plates and heavy-duty clutch springs, ensuring a robust and responsive clutch action. Each component is precisely measured to achieve the correct stack height, requiring the entire kit to be installed as a unit for optimal performance. For optimal longevity and performance, it is crucial to soak the Aramid fiber clutch plates in the manufacturer's recommended drive case oil for several hours prior to installation. Avoid using automatic transmission fluid. EBC Brakes strongly recommends professional installation by a trained mechanic. It is also advised to replace clutch springs when installing new plates, as old springs can be susceptible to heat fatigue, which can affect clutch performance. Before riding, verify that the new lever force is comfortable and allows for easy clutch disengagement.
