The H&R sway bar kit (part number 33851-8) provides a significant upgrade for your Audi's suspension system, specifically designed to reduce body roll along the longitudinal axis and enhance agility during spirited driving, fast corners, or abrupt changes in direction. Constructed from high-strength special spring steel, these sway bars feature precision-forged ends and a durable powder coating for superior corrosion resistance. They are equipped with composite rubber bearings, ensuring longevity and optimal performance. The kit includes both front (27mm, 2-way adjustable) and rear (25mm, not adjustable) sway bars, designed for a multi-link rear axle setup. This combination noticeably improves vehicle handling while maintaining original ground clearance and spring comfort. By increasing the suspension's roll stiffness, these bars dramatically improve cornering control, lateral stability, and overall grip. The adjustable front bar allows for fine-tuning of the vehicle's self-steering behavior (oversteer/understeer), enabling a personalized suspension setup to meet individual driving preferences. This sway bar kit is compatible with a wide range of Audi models, including various A3, S3, RS3, Q2, TT, and TTS variants from approximately 2014 onwards. They can be combined with both original and aftermarket suspension systems.
