The Rotobox BOOST Front Wheel represents an advancement in high-performance motorcycle wheel technology, offering a lighter and more efficient design compared to previous models. Constructed using Rotobox's proprietary three-component composite, which integrates carbon, epoxy, and stainless steel wire within the rim's outer edges, this wheel achieves superior impact resistance. The BOOST model features an improved design with thinner spokes, a structural rib for enhanced stiffness, and utilizes High Pressure Core Technology for a denser composite and smoother surface. The wheel is made from a carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) composite rim, a one-piece hollow carbon cast, reinforced with stainless steel wire and UV protected. The hubs are CNC machined from aircraft-grade 7075 T6 aluminum alloy and are anodized. Additional components include a polyurethane cushion drive set, SKF bearings, and an aluminum valve stem. This wheel is a special order item and is made to order with a production time of 2-3 weeks, plus an additional week for transit from Europe. Professional installation by a qualified mechanic is strongly recommended to ensure proper fitment and safety. The front wheel has a permissible static load of 180 kg.
