The Anderson Composites Fender Flare is a set of front fender flares designed for the 2018-2023 Dodge Challenger Wide Body.

These flares are constructed from VIP carbon fiber, manufactured using a process that ensures an excellent fabric-to-resin ratio. After curing, the parts are trimmed and finished with a protective gel coat for a high luster finish, eliminating the need for additional clear coat.

The Anderson Composites Front Fender Flares are meticulously crafted from VIP carbon fiber, designed specifically for the 2018-2023 Dodge Challenger Wide Body models. Anderson Composites employs a specialized manufacturing process for their carbon fiber parts. This involves spraying resin onto the mold, carefully laying sheets of carbon fiber fabric, and then applying another layer of resin. The entire assembly is vacuum-sealed to cure, resulting in an optimal fabric-to-resin ratio. Once cured, the flares are precisely trimmed and finished with a protective gel coat, which is polished to achieve a high-luster appearance without the need for an additional clear coat. Installation of these fender flares may require modifications to the mounting tabs for optimal fitment. Minor adjustments are anticipated as part of the standard installation procedure.
