The CPS Products CC800A Compute-a-Charge Refrigerant Recovery Scale (220 lbs.) is a battery operated weighing and charging scale that charges the high-pressure refrigerant R-410A. The platform incorporates a corner adjusted, heavy-duty load cell. The blow molded case houses the 9VDC solenoid valve with 1/4 SAE inlet and outlet ports. Calibrated to NIST standards. It accommodates 30, 50, 90, 125 lb. cylinders and has a removable 8.75 in. platform for operation in/out of case. It features a 220 lb (100 kg) capacity, 0.25 oz (1 g) resolution, and is programmable for automatic charging or recovery via built-in solenoid valve. It has an easy-to-read, fast-response measurement and visual and mechanical overload protection. The scale uses advanced strain gage bridge load cell technology and is calibrated to strict NIST standards. It has ergonomic hand held remote controls with large, high contrast wide angle LCD displays. The rugged cast aluminum platform and base assemblies provide stability and long life. It is electronically and mechanically overload protected to withstand 150% of capacity and environmentally sealed and temperature compensated for reliable operation in extreme environments. It offers automatic tare upon start-up and a manual zero function. The magnetic backing on the hand held display allows for mounting to metal surfaces or a 360° swivel hanging hook. The durable protective transport case enables operation of the scale in or out of the enclosure. It is ideal for critical charging of systems large or small and all refrigerant recovery applications.
