The Turner Conforti Performance Chip is engineered to optimize the performance of the BMW M50 engine, a powerplant known for its reliability and untapped potential. This chip is meticulously dyno-tuned by Jim Conforti to unlock additional high-RPM horsepower and mid-range torque without compromising the engine's inherent durability. It also refines throttle response and improves overall operational smoothness, offering a comprehensive performance upgrade. Key performance gains include an increase of +20 HP at 6,000 RPM and +13 lb-ft of torque at 4,500 RPM, along with a raised rev limit to 7,000 RPM. The chip is designed to work with 91+ octane pump gas and replaces the OBD-I ECU type.
