These rifle-drilled rods feature precision-honed bores and are matched in weight to within +/- 1 gram for stringent quality control. They come standard with genuine ARP 2000 rod bolts.

The CTS Turbo connecting rods are a drop-in solution for MK6/B8 2.0T EA888 Gen 1 & 2 engines, specifically designed to work with stock pistons. Each rod undergoes rigorous quality control, including critical dimension measurement on a CMM, and all big and small end bores are honed in-house to exacting tolerances. The connecting rods are matched in weights to within +/- 1 gram. They feature a rifle-drilled design for optimal lubrication and come equipped with genuine ARP 2000 rod bolts (3/8″). Key specifications include a 144mm center-to-center length, a 21mm wrist pin diameter, a 21.90mm big end journal width, and a 50.60mm big end journal diameter. The wrist pin style is a tapered rod for 21mm pistons. These rods are compatible with specific Audi and VW models including the A4, A4 Allroad, A5, Q5, A6, TT, A3, Q3, GTI, Jetta, Jetta SportWagen, CC, Passat, Eos, and Beetle, provided they use EA888 Gen 1 & 2 engines with engine codes CCTA, CCZA, CCZB, CBF, CBFA, or CAEB. Crucially, these rods require factory 21mm wrist pin tapered pistons only.
