The Interlogix HDX-200 is a wireless heat detector designed for prompt fire alerts. It features both rate-of-rise and fixed temperature detection, activating if the temperature increases by 12°F per minute or reaches 200°F. This device is ideal for areas where standard smoke detectors are unsuitable, such as garages, kitchens, or bathrooms.

This detector operates wirelessly at 319.5 MHz, compatible with Interlogix/GE Panels and Qolsys Panels with a 319.5 MHz receiver. It is powered by a single CR123A 3V battery, which typically lasts for 10 years. For optimal performance, the HDX-200 should be installed high on a ceiling or wall, at least four inches from any wall, and should not be routinely exposed to temperatures above 150°F.
