The PerTronix Contour Marine Starter V8 Polished (MPN: S3006P-M) features a sleek design with a fully enclosed solenoid to protect vital components from heat and elements. It has a 4.4:1 gear ratio and 200 ft-lb torque rating, capable of starting high compression engines. It is suitable for most domestic V8 applications, specifically Pontiac/Olds 1965-81 V8 engines, excluding the 301. It is Marine Approved with SAE J1171 Certification.
